By using this website or purchasing any product or service from Ascendant Authority Marketing, you agree to these terms. Please read them before making a purchase or booking a session.
1. About Us
Ascendant Authority Marketing is a brand messaging and authority-building consultancy based in Western Washington. We help professional service firms get clear on their message, build credibility, and attract better clients.

All purchases are subject to the refund policy outlined in Section 4.
3. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party platforms. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of the payment processor you use. Ascendant Authority Marketing does not store your payment information.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes do not apply to purchases already made.
4. Refund Policy
Digital Products (Workbooks and PDFs)
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products once the file has been downloaded or delivered.
Consulting and Coaching Sessions
You may cancel or reschedule a session and receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or for no-shows.
Group Programs
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
Done-for-You Services
Deposits are non-refundable. Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued. Any dispute about work quality will be addressed through a revision process outlined in your service agreement.
